When Omegle shut down in 2023, a wave of replacements appeared, and most were a mess of bots, fakes, and recycled cam feeds. We put them through the same checks so you don't have to gamble on which one is worth your time.
Most "best chat app" lists are ordered by who pays the most, not by what works. We built this site to do the opposite: use the apps ourselves, call out the bad ones, and admit when a paid option beats the free ones. That's the whole point of the place.
How we test
